Galilea is a small town in the municipality of Puigpunyent, located in the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana, about 400 meters above sea level. It is a very cozy and beautiful village.
A few days ago we went to eat at a small restaurant in the town square. The restaurant in question is called "Cafè Sa Plaça de Galilea".
It is a very good place to have some beers, some tapas, a pa amb oli or simply taste a cafe with spectacular views from a small terrace that you have in the backside of the place. It also has well prepared dishes based on meats, fish, shrimp ...
The interior of the place is also very cozy but what makes the place Exceptional as I mentioned earlier is the terrace, a place to relax with a view of the dreamy La Serra, you even get to see the sea. If you want a place on the terrace I would advise you to book before you go.
The food is very good and homemade, we ate: a pa amb oli Varied with ham, chicken and grilled loin and cheese, a few croquettes with salad and coconut pudding with cream for dessert. We also ordered bread with all i oli and some Mallorcan olives (I leave some pictures of our dishes)
The staff was very attentive and friendly, always serving with a smile in the mouth. For us this detail is very important.
The prices are very good, it is not expensive. You can eat pretty good for about 10 euros.
The only negative note that I would put if you can call it that is the parking, the town is very small and almost no place to park, we had to park far and went taking a walk to the restaurant.
